This recall involves Leith brand women's textured open vest sleeveless sweaters. The sweaters are 35 ½ inches long. They were sold in black and cream, and in sizes extra small - XS, small - S, medium - M, large - L and extra large - XL. Care labels sewn into the garments read, "Leith," "Made in China," "83% cotton" and "17% nylon." Read more.

This recall involves the Little Marc Jacobs girl's hooded pull-over swimwear cover up jacket made of 100% cotton. The jackets are navy with red flowers and teal leaves and have a teal bunny appliqué and two buttons on the front. They were sold in girl's sizes 2 through 12. Little Marc Jacobs Swimwear, style number LM28616, Lot #1 and the size are printed on the black sewn-in label at the center back of the jackets. Read more.

The recall includes L.L. Bean children's sweaters sold in two styles: Fisherman's, and Open Stitch. The Fisherman cardigan sweaters are a cable-knit weave with five or six buttons down the front, sold in solid colors: pink, ivory, green, natural, navy, teal and red. The Fisherman sweaters have product numbers printed on the inside back of the neck tag: 283148 (toddlers), 283149 (infants), 284855 (little girls) or 289727 (little girls). The Open Stitch cardigan sweater has one button at the top of the neckline with a crocheted knit pattern sold in blue, light pink, white and yellow with product number 286158 on the back neck tag. This recall involves Julie Vos women's scarves. The scarves are 100 percent modal fabric, a type of rayon, and were sold in two prints, Anchor and Sierra. Anchor was sold in three colors, including blue, green and orange. Sierra was sold in four colors, including raspberry/magenta, orange/peach, cream/gray and blue/purple. The scarves measure 75 inches long by 45 inches wide. Julie Vos is printed on a tag sewn into the back of the scarf. Read more.

This recall involves girls' leggings sold in the following colors: black/pink belt, black/silver belt, black and white stripe/black belt, blue and white stripe/blue belt, blue hounds-tooth/blue belt, grey check/pink belt, grey with dots/pink belt, khaki/pink belt, khaki with dots/pink belt, pink and white check/white belt, purple/purple belt and red and blue plaid/blue belt. The knit leggings were sold sizes 1 ½ to 8 years and have a plastic belt with bow-shaped buckle. HandM is printed on the back of the care label. The care label is either black or white and attached to the waistband in the back of the leggings. The garments have an O/N (order number) and P/N (product number) printed on the top of the care label. This recall involves all styles of J. Crew Holiday 2013 and Spring 2014 baby coveralls in sizes newborn to 3T. The coveralls were sold in various colors and designs including prints and stripes. A care label sewn into the inside left seam of the garment reads either "HO'13" or "SP'14," and lists the PO number and style number. This recall includes hooded Buckmark junior sweatshirts in sizes S, M, L and XL. The sweatshirts are made of polyester fabric. The camouflaged print pullover sweatshirt comes with black drawstrings and has a yellow embroidered Buckmark logo located on the front of the garment. There are pockets located near the waist. The sweatshirt has a hood, and rib knit cuffs and waist. The affected SKU's included in the recall are: Size SKU S 3011332001 M 3011332002 L 3011332003 XL 3011332004 The SKU number is printed on a tag located behind the main label on the back of the collar. This recall involves girl's "Young Hearts" brand three-piece clothing sets. The sets were sold with a pink vest, black pullover shirt and knit pants in sizes 12 months to 6X. "Young Hearts" is printed on a label inside the shirt collar. The pink vest has a black bow applique on the left front and a pink elastic belt with silver clasps. Read more.

The recalled overall corduroy dungaree pants were sold in light brown and red in sizes 0-24 months and 2Y through 4Y. There are two snaps on each side of the overalls, side pockets and a center pocket with a sewn-in black and white tab label. There is a label on the back of the waist of the dungarees with item number 72092. The label inside the back strap of the dungarees reads "Baby Boden" and the buttons read "Mini Boden." Pants shipped directly to consumers came in a bag labeled "Mini Boden." Read more.

Falls Creek Kids infant and toddler, boys and girls, denim jeans were sold in sizes 12M-5T. “Falls Creek Kids” is printed on a tag sewn on the inside back of the waistband. The jeans are denim with or without a pink star or heart graphic design stitched on the outside front and back of the jeans. The jeans also were sold with cargo style pockets. There is label on the inside of the recalled jeans near the front left pocket that includes the date of production: 04/2012 and production location: Zhangjiagang, China. Falls Creek Kids infant jeans with production code 4/2012 in sizes 0-3 mos, 3-6 mos or 6-9 mos. printed on a label on the inside of the back waistband are not included in the recall. Read more.
