This recall involves Gasaciods children's multi-purpose helmets, fitting a head circumference of about 19-1/2 to 20-1/2 inches. The helmets were sold in pink and blue, with red removable padding, black straps, and a black and red buckle. The helmets have a red plastic knob at the back of the helmet with a LED warning light for adjusting the fitting. "GASACIODS" is printed on the sides of the helmet. Read more.

This recall involves the Yoto Mini, a portable connected screen-free speaker intended for children ages three to twelve. The Yoto Mini is operated by use of Yoto cards and is designed to play audiobooks, music, radio, and podcasts. The speakers are pale gray with orange tactile controls and a pixel display. The model name Yoto Mini, SKU PRPLXX00860, and serial number are located on the base of the product. The recalled Yoto Mini was sold with a charging cable included, but no adaptor or charger. This recall involves the Russound Model AW70V6 loudspeakers, designed primarily for use with commercial audio systems that use 70V or 100V speaker wiring, but they can also be used in residential applications. All products with the model number AW70V6 are included in this recall. The speakers have a label attached to the rear of each AW70V6 loudspeaker with "Russound", the model number, and 70V/100V. The speakers measure 12-1/6 inches high by 8-1/2 inches wide by 9-1/2 inches deep and were sold in white or black colors. Read more.

This recall involves the model number VTA-240B-ESP Wood Metropolitan Bluetooth Record Player with 3-Speed Turntable. The unit is approximately 6.5 inches high, 14.5 inches wide, and 15.5 inches deep and weighs about 12 pounds. The unit has three black control knobs with brass accents on the front panel and the word "Victrola" written in gold lettering on the inside of top cover. Recalled units are Espresso color and were manufactured in September 2021. A white label on the back shows the words "Model: VTA-240B." This recall involves select bass modules manufactured before April 1, 2006 that were sold with select Acoustimass, Lifestyle and Companion home theater systems. The components are black or white. The Bose logo, product name, serial number "SER. NO." and date code are printed on the product label, which is located either on the back or bottom of the bass module. The product name is printed at the top of the label next to the Bose logo. The serial number is described on the label as "SER. NO." The multi-digit serial number printed on the bass module label includes the "date code" for that module. The date code is reflected in the eighth through eleventh digits of the serial number. This recall involves SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) Bluetooth performance speakers with BATTERYBOKS 3 lithium-ion batteries. The speaker measures about 26.5 inches high by 17 inches wide by 13 inches deep. The grill cover of the speaker was sold in black, white, orange, red or blue. The battery is removable from the speaker and connects through a slot on the side of the speaker, opposite the user interface.
