The recall involves both commercial and residential model Cummins Power Generation gaseous-fueled stationary generator sets (fueled by propane or natural gas). They have the following model numbers listed on the generator nameplate which is located at the front base of the unit: commercial models GGDB, GGMA/B/C, and GNAA/B/C, and residential models RS15000, RS20000, and RS30000. These units also have serial number A050734102 through L068998479 and "Cummins Power Generation" listed on the generator nameplate. Read more.
Model J Series dry fire sprinklers come in pendent, upright, and sidewall configurations. The name "Globe," the letter "J" and the year of manufacture (1990 though 1999) are embossed on the frame of each sprinkler. These dry sprinklers were designed to be installed in areas of buildings where the sprinklers or water supply pipes may be subject to freezing, such as unheated attics, freezers and coolers, parking garages, porches and warehouses. The carpet tiles are made from a blend of wool and Kenaf, measure 20-inches by 20-inches and come in colors Corazon (beige), Herz (gray), and Coeur (light gray) The tiles have, "Made in USA" embossed on the bottom of each tile. Read more.
The recalled spas were manufactured from January 2002 through October 2004. Only spas manufactured during this time frame with either red or yellow pump and motor assemblies are included in this recall. The spa manufacturer's name and date code and the pump and motor assembly can be located in the spa compartment as shown below. The drop-in floor boxes are used to provide an extra electrical outlet in the floor. They were sold under the Carlon® brand name and have a brass finish cover approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The recall involves a 7-1/4-inch circular saw. The model numbers included are: 172.108550, 172.108560, 172.108650, and 172.108660. The model number is located on the circular saw's upper motor housing. Model numbers 172.108560 and 172.108650 have a gray body housing and a gray blade guard. Model numbers 172.108550 and 172.108660 have a black body housing and a gray blade guard. "Craftsman" is written on the label on the upper blade guard. Read more.
The recall includes NTI Trinity gas-fired hot water boilers with model numbers Ti100, Ti150, Ti200 and Ti400. The boilers were manufactured between November 28, 2005 and January 8, 2007. The Ti100, Ti150 and Ti200 are wall-mounted units, and the Ti400 rests on the floor. The boilers are gray in color and "NTI" appears on the front cover. The recall involves Digital Security Controls FSA and FSB series photo-electric smoke detectors. They are wired directly into the building circuitry, and do not use a battery. The dome shaped units have a metal mesh covering around the smoke sensor. Read more.
