October 9, 2007 Fluorescent Ceiling Light Fixtures Sold Exclusively at Home Depot Recalled by Lithonia Lighting Due to Shock Hazard

The recall involves the Lithonia Lighting Nickel End Wrap fluorescent ceiling light fixtures model number “New 2 32 120 RE BN” and date code “N050807”. The light fixtures measure four feet long and consist of two brushed nickel end caps and a clear plastic cover for the fluorescent tubes. “Lithonia Lighting”, the model number, and the date code can be found on the shipping box or on a label located inside the fixture, next to the fluorescent tube. To read the label on the fixture, consumers should turn the power off at the home’s circuit breaker and remove the plastic cover of the light fixture. Light fixtures sold in a box marked with a round pink sticker are not included in this recall. Read more.

This recall involves Currey & Company table lamps that ranged in height from 26 to 34 inches. The recalled table lamps include model numbers 6037, 6038, 6039, 6040, 6043, 6044, 6045, 6046, 6047, 6048, 6632, 6633, 6685, 6913, and 6954. The model number is printed on the packaging and on the bottom of the lamp base. A Currey & Company hang tag was attached to the lamp at the time of sale. Read more.



May 9, 2007 Halogen Table Lamps Sold at Lowe's Stores Recalled Due to Fire Hazard

The recalled table lamps have a plastic base and two extendable arms connecting the base to a halogen lamp. The lamps were sold in white, red, blue, orange and purple. Item number 101988 is printed on the bottom of the lamp base. Read more.

This recall involves Thomasville table and floor lamps in the Felicity Collection. The recalled table lamps include model numbers starting with 60001 and ending with 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1015, 1018, 1019 and 1020. The floor lamps include model numbers starting with 60001 and ending with 1016 or 1017. The model number is printed on the packaging and on the bottom of the lamp base. Read more.

This recall involves all electric oil lamps sold by Hong Teng Trading. The packaging states, "LJY" and "Made in China". The white switch on the cord has writing on the back that reads, "TIAO GUANG" and HENG CHANG." They were sold in four styles and various colors. Read more.

The trim assemblies include a 7 3/4-inch white plastic ring, a glass lens and a metal reflector. Affected models were made in China and have model numbers: TL60 and TL62.
