The halogen work lights are 500 watts. Model number 30858 is included in this recall. The lamp measures 7 inches wide x 5 ½ inches high and is mounted on a yellow frame. “UL Listed E163392” and “Work Light 8F95” is printed on a sticker on the back. March 19, 2008 Progress Lighting Recalls Ceiling-Mounted Outdoor Light Fixtures; Lights Can Fall Off Mounting and Injure Consumers

Only Progress Lighting ceiling-mounted outdoor light fixtures with model numbers P5526-20 and P5526-44 are included in the recall. The light fixtures have three flame-shaped lights inside a beveled glass and solid frame. October 9, 2007 Fluorescent Ceiling Light Fixtures Sold Exclusively at Home Depot Recalled by Lithonia Lighting Due to Shock Hazard

The recall involves the Lithonia Lighting Nickel End Wrap fluorescent ceiling light fixtures model number “New 2 32 120 RE BN” and date code “N050807”. The light fixtures measure four feet long and consist of two brushed nickel end caps and a clear plastic cover for the fluorescent tubes. “Lithonia Lighting”, the model number, and the date code can be found on the shipping box or on a label located inside the fixture, next to the fluorescent tube. To read the label on the fixture, consumers should turn the power off at the home’s circuit breaker and remove the plastic cover of the light fixture. The recall involves High Intensity Xenon Aluminum Flashlights in 6-volt (Item No. 1139422), 9-volt (Item No. 1139423) and 12-volt (Item No. 1139424) models. The recalled flashlights are black and have the Sportsman's Warehouse logo printed on the handle.
