The product is a green/silver infant back pack carrier made of heavy duty nylon with a lightweight steel frame. Only carriers with style number 2512 and 2592LX are included in the recall. Style numbers are printed on the metal frame of the product. The carrier has a 5-point safety harness, padded shoulder and hip straps, padded leg openings and heat support. The carrier also has a top canopy and large diaper bag which attaches to the frame. "Baby Trend" is printed on the back of the seat of the carrier. This recall involves the Infantino SlingRider™ carriers with item numbers: 141-210; 151-210; 151-528; and 151-534. The SlingRider™ consists of a fabric carrier with a strap attached that is worn by the user to carry an infant up to 20 pounds. The carriers are sold in black or khaki. "Infantino" is printed on the plastic slider located on the strap. The item number is printed on a label inside the SlingRider.™ Products labeled "Made in Thailand" or "New 2007 Design" are not included in the recall. Read more.

The recalled children's mood necklaces have multi-colored pendants including hearts, moons, dolphins, dragonflies, stars and butterflies that hang from a black cord. "Mood Necklace" is printed on the necklace's packaging. Read more.
The recalled children's necklaces have metal pendants shaped as monkeys, dolphins, and frogs holding colored marbles, a fleur de lis painted in various colors, a silver and black fairy, silver-colored letters "BFF" with rhinestones, and tiny handcuffs painted in various colors. Models included in this recall are: Super Rigs Transport Vehicle (Item # 087286), Command Patrol Center (Item # 920625) and Troop Carrier (Item # 773967). The item numbers are located on the back of the packaging above the barcode. Toy sets sold prior to January 2006 are not included in this recall. The recalled product is a boy's cotton canvas jacket made exclusively for children in sizes 18M to size 6Y. It has style number 93196 written on the inside care label. There is an attached removable compass on the side. The compasses are copper or turquoise colored, about 2.75-inches long, and have a clip to attach to the jacket. Read more.
