The product is a baby activity toy available in various animal shapes. It consists of a soft, stuffed body with a rattle component inside the body and two smooth wooden rings attached to loops at the end of each arm. The product is available in four different styles: Rumba Lion Activity Toy with style number 58553, Gazoo Giraffe Activity Toy with style number 58554; Wango Horse Activity Toy with style number 58555, and Tippy Cow Activity Toy with style number 58556. The units involved are flashing pacifiers and flashing pacifiers with whistles. The pacifiers are clear or colored purple, blue, pink or green. The pacifiers have five flashing LED lights that are red and blue, red and light green and orange. Some pacifiers are sold with a rainbow cord that is attached to handles, and some cords have breakaway connectors. One pacifier has multi-colored beads on the cords in the shapes of barrels, trains, boats and various animals. Pacifiers were sold in clamshell packages. The packaging has a warning that states they are for "12+ Years" or "6+ Years." Some of the products have a warning on the packaging that they are not a real pacifier, but a practical joke. "Shake ‘n Jingle Keys," "Shake & Jingle Keys," "My Jingle Keys" all by The First Years and the John Deere "Real Keys" are toy keys, with three colored keys attached to a blue, red or green remote control with electronic features. Various colored buttons on the remote activate sounds. Only toy keys with the letter "F" in the date code stamp on the packaging and product are involved in the recall. The date code can be found on the back of the remote control. Toy keys with "TE" in the date code or yellow sides on the remote are not included in this recall. Read more.
The recall involves 40-inch black vinyl capes with a stand-up collar. A white sticker on the collar of the cape reads, "FLAME RETARDANT PVC" and "MADE IN CHINA." The packaging shows a green-skinned vampire wearing a black cape. Writing on the packaging includes "CREEPY CAPE," "Ages 6 To 60," and "NO. 53600." Read more.

The recall includes Mr. Potato Head "Make a Monster Pumpkin" and "Make a Fireman Pumpkin" and Mrs. Potato Head "Make a Diva Pumpkin." The products are labeled for ages 2 and older. The plush toy and DVD are packaged in a yellow and green box with the words "Sesame Beginnings" and "Make Music Together" printed on the front. The baths sets are packaged in brightly colored vinyl bags with a clear window. Style numbers involved in this recall are: SVK 9498, 9499, 9501, 9506, 9507 and 9508.
