Recalls: Babies and Kids
The recall involves footed pajamas made of 100 percent cotton. The sleepwear was sold in two styles including green with blue sleeves which has a caterpillar design on the front, and yellow with orange sleeves which has a duck design and "Quack! Quack!" printed on the front and duck beaks on the feet. "Baby Einstein" is printed on the back of the sleepwear. "Disney Store" is printed on a tag inside the pajamas. Only sleepwear in sizes 12 months and 18 months is included in this recall. Sleepwear sold in sizes 3, 6 and 9 months is not included in this recall. Read more.
The item is a plastic headband covered in bright green fabric with two ears similar to the character Shrek from the DreamWorks film series. A tag attached to one of the ears reads "DREAMWORKS" and "THE THIRD," and shows the top of the Shrek character's head. Read more.
The recalled involves two separate wooden-knobbed puzzles that make sounds. "Sounds on the Farm" and "Sounds on the Go" puzzles were sold under the Puzzibilities and Ryan's Room brands. The wooden puzzles have four pieces in farm animal or vehicle shapes that make animal or motor sounds when the pieces are lifted by their knobs from the puzzle boards. "Sounds on the Farm" or "Sounds on the Go" is printed on the top left of the puzzle boards. "©2003 Small World Toys®" and the number 24101 or 24102 are printed at the bottom of the puzzles boards. The recall involves Little Tree wooden activity cart toys. This is a multi-colored cart with an orange seat and a wooden tray. The cart has apple trees, a blue fence, and red, blue and green flowers painted on one side. The cart also has a wooden sheep, dog and horse affixed to that same side. This recall involves the "Lovely Baby" and "Happy Baby" plastic dolls. The dolls come in different sizes ranging from six to 11 inches tall. Some dolls come in a basket and have a baby bottle and some sing when pressed on the abdominal area. The packaging is a clear plastic bag sealed at the top with a cardboard label with the name "Lovely Baby" or "Happy Baby" printed on it. Read more.
The recalled bracelets are made of flexible metal bands wrapped in decorative plastic covers. The bracelets come in various colors and designs, including smiley faces, Chinese symbols, dogs, cats, aliens, checker boards, and flames. Read more.
The Fun Ball is an orange stuffed ball toy that measures 4 inches in diameter and designed to look like a basketball. The ball is printed with colored numbers, letters and "Reg. #PA-10623(HK)." Read more.
The product is a green/silver infant back pack carrier made of heavy duty nylon with a lightweight steel frame. Only carriers with style number 2512 and 2592LX are included in the recall. Style numbers are printed on the metal frame of the product. The carrier has a 5-point safety harness, padded shoulder and hip straps, padded leg openings and heat support. The carrier also has a top canopy and large diaper bag which attaches to the frame. "Baby Trend" is printed on the back of the seat of the carrier. This recall involves the Infantino SlingRider™ carriers with item numbers: 141-210; 151-210; 151-528; and 151-534. The SlingRider™ consists of a fabric carrier with a strap attached that is worn by the user to carry an infant up to 20 pounds. The carriers are sold in black or khaki. "Infantino" is printed on the plastic slider located on the strap. The item number is printed on a label inside the SlingRider.™ Products labeled "Made in Thailand" or "New 2007 Design" are not included in the recall. Read more.
