Recalls: Babies and Kids
The recalled Lightning PAC Scooters and MX3 Mini Bikes are battery-powered ride-on toys designed for children ages six and older. The product names are located on the side of the scooter or mini bike. The recalled scooter’s model number is 73530. The recalled mini bike’s model number is 73535. The model numbers are located inside the battery compartment. The recalled scooters or mini bikes have a warning label located near the inflation valves. If the warning label reads “Never inflate above 30 psi,” the scooter or mini bike is not subject to this recall. Recalled units had warning labels that did not warn about inflating higher than 30 psi. Read more.
The recalled H.E.B. Super B-Complex vitamins with iron and 300 mg Vitamin C was sold in a container of 80 caplets. The white plastic bottle is labeled, "H.E.B. and Super B-Complex with Iron and 300 mg Vitamin C" and "Energy Metabolism" and has a blue lid. Read more.
The recalled children's folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a padded seat. They were sold in red, blue, yellow and green colors either individually or as part of a set consisting of a table and two, four, or six chairs. Each chair is about 22-inches high, 10-inches wide, and about 11-inches deep. "MANUFACTURED BY ZHANGZHOU STEEL TUBE FURNITURE FACTORY" is written on a label underneath the seat of the chairs. The recalled pacifier measures about 2-1/4 inches in width and 1-1/2 inches in length and has button or hinged handles. The pacifiers are white with various colored handles. Designs are imprinted on some pacifier shields. One pacifier shield is decorated with a pink elephant, a purple giraffe with green polka dots, a blue lion with yellow fur and a blue cloud and yellow sun. Another pacifier shield has blue stars with Santa shapes. The amber colored nipple, imprinted with the words "caoui," "chouc" and "pur," is about 1-1/8 inches long. "Lov 2-Pack," "Decorated Orthodontic Pacifier," and "97705" are printed on the front packaging of the pacifiers. "Delta Enterprise Corp., Brooklyn NY 11212 Made in Thailand" is printed on the package back. Read more.
The recall includes six different multi-colored, solid wooden push toys, including an airplane, tractor, dump truck, fire truck, and a two-piece circus train with train cars and a tow truck with family van. The vehicles are constructed with a bendable flap that allows the toys to "wiggle" back and forth. The dump truck, circus train with train cars and tow truck with family van have white magnets on the front and back to hold the push toys together. All the toys have rubber rings on the tires. The heart-shaped pendant is silver-colored, ribbed on the front, hollow on the back, and hangs on a pink suede cord with a silver-colored clasp. Read more.
The recalled Lil' Wagster Dragster toy is an electronic push toy for children 1-year-old and up. It has a green race car base with red wheels and a blue handle that extends up for the child to hold. The words "Fisher-Price" are stamped in red on the handle unit, while the number "3" is stamped in yellow on the front of the race car base. The push toy has a model number of B0335, which is printed on the underside of the toy's race car base. Read more.
The recalled Grow-To-Pro® Pogo sticks are traditional pogo sticks with a round, removable base, two foot pegs and handles and the words "Grow to Pro Pogo" stamped on the front of the product. They come in two colors: green (model number 73386) and pink (model number 77356). The model number can be found underneath the pogo stick's foot pegs. This recall includes green pogo sticks manufactured through August 1, 2004, and all pink pogo sticks. Green pogo sticks manufactured after August 1, 2004, are not included in this recall and are marked with a round, green sticker underneath the foot peg. Pink pogo sticks are no longer manufactured. The recalled cribs are made of wood and painted white. Model numbers 8554W-PT and 8554WW are printed inside the headboard and on the envelope attached to the mattress support. The Simplicity name, address, manufacturing date and model number are written on a label found on the inside bottom of the headboard. Read more.
