This recall only involves Bell Soquel Youth helmets made prior to September 2021. The helmets were sold in various colors in the U.S. and Canada. The recalled helmet can be identified by the inner helmet sticker which has the model's name "Soquel" and "B0726Y" written on it. The helmets have a date code on the white inner label with August 2021 ("8/21") or earlier. This recall involves Scout model Retrospec kid's bike helmets in sizes XS and S. The helmets were sold in the following colors and designs: Blippi, Blush, Brash Blue, Chameleon, Cool Mint, Matte Forest Green, Matte Black, Matte Navy, Matte White, Matte Burnt Orange, Matte Green, Matte Royal Blue, and Matte Whisper Pink. The helmets were sold with a green hang tag label listing the name "Retrospec," the Scout brand name, and the helmet size. The word Retrospec or the Retrospec "R" logo appears on the right side of the helmet. Read more.

This recall only involves Bell Slope adult bicycle helmets. The helmets were sold in dark green and light blue. The recalled Bell Slope helmets can be identified by the inner helmet sticker which has the model's name "Slope" and B1161X written on it. Only adult sized Bell Slope Helmets are affected by this recall. Read more.

This recall involves Ecnup Kids Bike Helmets in size Extra Small (XS), fitting a head circumference of about 18-1/2 to 20-1/2 inches. The helmets are pink, purple, blue, "dinosaur blue" or "aqua ocean world" with red removable padding, black straps and a black buckle. The serial number SL712-202201 and November 2022 are printed on a white label on the inside of the helmet. Read more.

This recall involves both full-size Robo Alive Junior Baby Shark Sing & Swim bath toys and Mini Baby Shark Swimming bath toys. The recalled full-size Baby Shark bath toys sing and swim when placed in water. They have a hard plastic top fin with three grooves on one side, measure about 7-inches from nose to tail and were sold in three colors: yellow, pink and blue. They were sold individually and in packs of three. The recalled full-size bath toys have tracking label information on the bottom, including raised lettering that states model number "#25282" and a date code beginning with the letters "DG" followed by "YYYY/MM/DD" in the date range DG20190501 through DG20220619. Only full-size Baby Shark toys with a hard plastic top fin are included in this recall. The recalled Mini Baby Shark bath toys swim when placed in water but do not sing. They have a hard plastic top fin, measure about 4-inches from nose to tail and were sold in three colors: yellow, pink and blue. They were sold individually, in packs of two or three, and as part of a Baby Shark Music Water Park playset. The recalled mini-size bath toys have tracking label information on the bottom, including raised lettering that states model numbers "#7163," "#7175," "#7166," or "#25291" and a date code beginning with the letters "DG" followed by "YYYY/MM/DD" in the date range DG2020615 through DG202352. This recall only involves Giro Merit helmets manufactured prior to January 2023. The recalled Giro Merit helmet can be identified by the model's name "Merit" on the rear/side of the helmet. It can also be identified by the inner helmet sticker which has the model's name "Merit" written on it and also GH230. Read more.

This recall involves Ventura Safety Adult Bike Helmets in size Medium (M), fitting a head circumference of about 21¼ to 22¾ inches, with model numbers 731434, 731436, 733192 or 733194. The model numbers are located on a manufacturer sticker inside the helmets. The recalled helmets were sold in white carbon, neon yellow and white/pink and white/orange color combinations. The helmets have a removable black visor, black straps and a black buckle. Ventura is written on the front of the helmet visor and on the left and right sides of the helmet. A factory production sticker is also located inside the helmet with a product code beginning with S-166 followed by the month/year of production (from October 2017 through January 2023). Read more.

This recall involves the Lelinta multi-purpose kids helmets. The helmets were sold in pink and blue with elbow, knee and wrist guards in a mesh bag. The helmets have black straps and a black and red buckle. They were labeled as medium, fitting head circumferences from about 19.3 inches to about 21.7 inches. This recall involves JBM International Adult Bike Helmets. The helmets are labeled as "free size," fitting a head circumference of about 22 ¾ to 24 ¼ inches. The helmets were sold in multiple color combinations: Black/Black, Pink/Black, Green/White, Yellow/Black, Orange/Black, Red /Black, Red/White, Black/White, Blue/White, Purple/Yellow, Silver. They have black and silver straps and a red buckle. "JBM" and an accompanying logo are printed on the sides of the helmet. Batch code JPG-89 is printed on a label on the inside of the helmet. The model and date can be found on a separate label on the inside of the helmet.
