The recalled "10-IN-1 Wood Activity Trunk" is a wood box with a removable lid. The trunk measures about 7-inches wide by 8 ½-inches high by 14 ½-inches long. The toy set provides 10 different activities, including a pounding bench, puzzle, stacking rings, bead maze/runner, wood alphabet blocks, wood stacking blocks of various shapes, wood train engine, and plastic building blocks. One side of the trunk contains an abacus with five rows of colored beads. The other side of the trunk contains the shape sorter and pictures of a yellow tiger and purple bear with building blocks. No writing is on the box. The red cardboard packaging reads, "kidconnection®" and "10-IN-1 Wood Activity Trunk." Read more.
The recalled Flexitoys Monster-Size vehicles are plastic toys that measure approximately 5 1/2-inches in length. Models included in the recall are: dump truck (model 9000-1), race car (model 9000-2), tractor (model 9000-3), SUV (model 9000-4), fire truck (model 9000-5) and digger truck (model 9000-6). The name and model numbers are stamped on the underside of the plastic vehicles. Read more.
This recall involves Viking Chubbies 10-inch toy sedans sold with two figurines. The multi-colored toys are made of plastic. The toy figurines measure about 3-inches tall. "Viking Toys," "Sweden" and "Made in Thailand" are printed on the bottom of the car. Read more.
The recalled fairy wands are pink or purple with multi-colored beads, feathers and ribbons. The wands are 7-inches long. There are four wands in each package. The packaging has a light pink cardboard backer. Model number WAND1361 is written on the back of the packaging. Read more.
The recalled battery-powered ride-on vehicles include the Pink Corvette®, Torch Red Corvette®, Yellow Race Car Corvette®, Red Electroplate Corvette®, Fire Engine, and Batmobile® with the model numbers listed in the chart below. They were sold under the brands Safety 1st and Kid Trax by Safety 1st. The ride-on vehicles were manufactured between January 2004 and August 2005. The manufacture date is located on the underside of the unit and is molded into the plastic body as shown below. The circle on left displays the month of manufacture, the circle on the right displays the year of manufacture. The model numbers are located on the underside of the vehicles near the date code. The toy is a plush, white standing horse measuring about 9-inches tall, with pink or lavender hooves. Colored ribbons (pink and lavender) are mixed in with the white mane and tail of the stuffed horses. Read more.
The recall involves AC adaptors with the following date codes: 2004.08, 2004.09, 2004.10, 2004.11 and 2004.12 and serial numbers beginning with "F3". The date code is located in a white box on the lower right hand portion of the adaptor's label. Just below the date code box is a serial number beginning with "F3" followed by a series of digits. Adaptors with other date codes and without the "F3" serial numbers are not included in this recall. The AC adaptors were sold with slim version PlayStation® 2 consoles with model number SCPH-70011 or SCPH-70012. The PlayStation® 2 model number is located on a label at the base of the slim console. The floor map game consists of a 6-foot by 5.5-foot vinyl Maptangle™ floor mat that has various multicolored geographic locations and landmarks painted on the floor mat and a set of 103 playing cards consisting of corresponding geographic locations and landmarks. The object of the game is for a team of players to locate, and place their feet on all of the landmarks and geographic locations. The game is age-graded for children 7 years and up. The recall includes toy boxes with manufacture date codes between November 2002 and July 2004 and the following model numbers and colors: 01520-331 – white, 01520-334 – cherry, 01520-33C – cognac, 01520-33L – oak, and 01520-33N - natural. The manufacture date codes, model numbers, and colors are located on a label underneath the toy boxes. The toy boxes measure 27-inches long by 18-inches wide and 17-inches high. The recall includes four-piece "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel" Truck sets. Various trucks sold in the sets include a combination of fire trucks, oil trucks, vegetable trucks, sanitation trucks, tow trucks and box trucks. Writing on the trucks includes, "EMERGENCY" or "CITY SERVICE." The words "So Hot Way Cool Free Wheel Truck" and the item number 204 02 0838 are written on the packaging. Read more.
