IQ Baby Pillow Soft Activity Blocks are a set of 19 foam, cloth-covered blocks of various shapes with a plastic carrying case. Two of the blocks are car-shaped and have four 1-inch diameter plastic wheels with a black and white bull's eye pattern. Some cars have tags or labels that say "IQ Baby." Read more.
The recalled yo-yo toys are clear plastic with red, blue or green tinted sides and light up while in motion. The toys are about 2 inches in diameter and have "Ruby's Diner" printed on the each side. Read more.
The two metal frame slingshots being recalled are the Daisy Models ERG-100 and ERG-300, marketed under the name "The Natural." The model number is written on the packaging. These slingshots have an offset fork design, a sling made of bright green tubing with a black leather ammunition pouch and small balls inside the tubing where it connects to the frame. Both models have black plastic handles. The smaller ERG-100 model has the words "Powerline Daisy Mfg. Rogers, AR" on the handle while the same words are found on the adjustable wrist brace of the larger ERG-300 model. This voluntary recall does not apply to Daisy's Powerline Slingshots models F16, B52 and P51, which have yellow tubing. Read more.
All Magnetix magnetic building sets including the X-treme Combo, Micro, and Extreme sets. The sets contain 20 to 200 plastic building pieces and 20 to 100 1/2-inch diameter steel balls. The building pieces are red, yellow, blue and green, and are shaped in 1 1/2-inch squares, 1-inch triangles and cylinder rods. Some plastic building pieces have "Magnetix" imprinted on them. The recalled toys are soft, stuffed yellow taxis, black and white police cars and red fire engines, each with four plastic wheels. They measure about 6 inches in length and 5 inches in width. The toys have a silver-colored button on top that makes sounds when pushed. The police car and the fire engine make a siren sound. The taxi makes engine and horn sounds. The Thunder Spin R.C. Road Rage Stunt Machine is 10 inches by 11 inches and was sold in blue or green. The radio-controlled Stunt Machine comes with one charger, one 9.6 V rechargeable battery pack, and one 9 volt battery. The model number, T23624, is written only on the product's packaging, located above the Universal Product Code. The Stunt Machine comes with two orange flame decals on each side of the vehicle, one of which includes "Stunt Machine" in orange block lettering.
