This recall involves Canon WFT-E7A wireless file transmitters, which allow photographers to transfer image data securely without the use of cables and wires. The transmitters are black, 5.3 inches wide, 1.2 inches tall and 2.4 inches deep and weigh 5.8 ounces. The Canon logo, the words “Wireless File Transmitter” and a rubberized cover are on the top of the transmitter. A digital access port and an Ethernet access port are on one side of the unit and a battery compartment is on the opposite side. An LCD panel and a power switch are on the back of the transmitter and a tripod screw hole is in the center of the unit. The first two digits of the serial number of recalled units are “03” through “06” and the fifth digit is “1.” Serial numbers are on a gray metallic plate on the bottom of the unit. Read more.
This recall includes NK R2 microphones manufactured before September 1, 2012. The recalled product is a microphone designed to be used by the navigator (coxswain) of rowed racing boats to direct the rowers. It is made of a rubber U-shaped base attached to a blue headband. A black metal microphone boom is attached to one end of the U and a cable with a flat, rubber-covered connector is attached to the other end. The microphones are used with the Cox Box and Cox Box Mini voice amplifiers. The NK logo appears on the headband. This recall involves dual-voltage CineMate Series II and CineMate GS Series II digital home theater speaker systems designed to operate with U.S. 120-volt electrical outlets and European outlets of 220 volts or higher. Each speaker system includes two speakers, one bass module, a remote control device, an interface module and accessories. The components are black. Dual-voltage systems included in the recall have a product code of 051365, 051470 or 057971, which are the first six digits of the serial number on the product label located on the back of the bass module. This recall involves Sharper Image USB wall chargers with model numbers “TSI202” and “TSI260.” The wall chargers are used to recharge electronic devices through a USB connection including MP3 players and other devices. The chargers are black plastic and measure about 2 ½ inches high by 1 ½ inches wide. “The Sharper Image” is printed on the top. The model number is printed on bottom of the charger, Read more.
This recall involves Haier 42-inch LED TVs with model number LE42B1380. "Haier" is printed on the front of the TV and the model number is printed on a label on the back of the unit. Read more.
This recall involves four-outlet under-cabinet power and lighting strips model number PX1001. The power strips come in a red package with "Wiremold-Series Part PX1001" printed on the front. The manufactured dates of the recalled products are presented as product date codes January 2011 through June 2012, and are found imprinted on a circle on the bottom with an arrow pointing to the number of the month and the year "11" or "12" in the center. The model number PX1001, and UPC number 0 86698 00125 3, are imprinted on the bottom of the packaging. Power strips that have a star symbol printed in black ink on the packaging and on the back cover of the power strip are not included in this recall. Read more.
This recall involves certain EOS Rebel T4i digital SLR cameras with a 12-digit serial number that contain a sixth digit that is a "1." Serial numbers are printed on the bottom of the camera. The Canon logo and the model name are printed on the front of the camera. Read more.
This recall involves four designs of power strips. The vibrantly designed power strips come in four prints including, leopard, rose, skull and zebra. Model numbers 12256, 12257, 22563 and 22575 can be found on the six-outlet power strip. Read more.

This recall involves Nikon EN-EL 15 rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs with lot numbers E and F. The battery pack was sold with the Nikon digital SLR D800 and D7000 model cameras. The battery pack's model number "EN-EL15" and "7.0V 1900mAh 14Wh" are printed on the back of the battery pack. Only battery packs with an "E" or "F" in ninth character of the 14-digit lot number located on the back of the battery pack are included in this recall. Read more.
