June 28, 2006 CFM Corp. Recalls Sequoia Wood Burning Fireplaces for Fire Hazard

Only models EWF30, EWF36, and EWF36A are affected by this recall. The recalled fireplaces are 400 or 700 pound steel plate wood-burning fireplaces with the trade name "Sequoia." The fireplaces measure 30-inches-wide or 36-inches-wide, have doors which seal them and are designed for installation in openings in the walls of homes that connect to chimneys. DESA 40-80,000 BTU Portable Propane Convection Heaters generate from 40,000 to 80,000 BTUs an hour. The following model names and number are involved in this recall: Reddy Heater (RCP80VC), All-Pro (SPC-80CC), MASTER (TC80VC), Universal (80-CC), and Dayton (6BY73). These heaters have serial numbers between 017390000 and 017632220. The model and serial numbers are on the carton and on labels attached to the heater. The recalled model is CH920. The ceramic portable electric heaters are the oscillating tower type. They are grey and have a control panel attached to the top of the unit. The heaters are propane infrared plaque space heaters sold after September 1, 2005. The units are rectangular in shape and the casing has a white finish. The portable electric radiator-style heaters have seven fins, one of which has the control panel attached to it. The units are gray with a black control panel. "Maxi-Heat™" is printed below the handle indentation on the control panel. The model number 70030 and date codes 0705 and 0805 are printed on the UL label on the lower right side of the control panel. November 22, 2005 Haier America Trading LLC Recall of Oscillating Electric Tower Fans

This recall involves a Haier oscillating electric tower fan, model FTM140GG. The gray tower fan has three speed settings and a 120-minute shut-off timer. November 17, 2005 Retailers Recall of Waterless Vaporizers and Aromatherapy Diffusers

The recalled waterless vaporizers are white plastic with vents. The aromatherapy diffusers are ivory plastic with vents. Both are 5-inches wide by 3 ½-inches high.
