This recall involves kids' bike helmets in size small, fitting a head circumference of about 18-1/2 to 20-1/2 inches. The helmets were sold in pink or blue with a sea world print and in orange or blue with a dinosaur print. All helmets have black padding, black straps and a black and red buckle. The helmets have a date code on the white inner label with August 2021 ("8/21") or earlier. This recall involves Scout model Retrospec kid's bike helmets in sizes XS and S. The helmets were sold in the following colors and designs: Blippi, Blush, Brash Blue, Chameleon, Cool Mint, Matte Forest Green, Matte Black, Matte Navy, Matte White, Matte Burnt Orange, Matte Green, Matte Royal Blue, and Matte Whisper Pink. The helmets were sold with a green hang tag label listing the name "Retrospec," the Scout brand name, and the helmet size. The helmets are pink, purple, blue, "dinosaur blue" or "aqua ocean world" with red removable padding, black straps and a black buckle. This recall involves both full-size Robo Alive Junior Baby Shark Sing & Swim bath toys and Mini Baby Shark Swimming bath toys. The recalled full-size Baby Shark bath toys sing and swim when placed in water. They have a hard plastic top fin with three grooves on one side, measure about 7-inches from nose to tail and were sold in three colors: yellow, pink and blue. They were sold individually and in packs of three. The recalled full-size bath toys have tracking label information on the bottom, including raised lettering that states model number "#25282" and a date code beginning with the letters "DG" followed by "YYYY/MM/DD" in the date range DG20190501 through DG20220619. Only full-size Baby Shark toys with a hard plastic top fin are included in this recall. The recalled Mini Baby Shark bath toys swim when placed in water but do not sing. They have a hard plastic top fin, measure about 4-inches from nose to tail and were sold in three colors: yellow, pink and blue. They were sold individually, in packs of two or three, and as part of a Baby Shark Music Water Park playset. May 18, 2023 Cycle Force Recalls Adult Bike Helmets Due to Risk of Head Injury (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Ventura Safety Adult Bike Helmets in size Medium (M), fitting a head circumference of about 21¼ to 22¾ inches, with model numbers 731434, 731436, 733192 or 733194. The model numbers are located on a manufacturer sticker inside the helmets. The recalled helmets were sold in white carbon, neon yellow and white/pink and white/orange color combinations. The helmets have a removable black visor, black straps and a black buckle. Ventura is written on the front of the helmet visor and on the left and right sides of the helmet. A factory production sticker is also located inside the helmet with a product code beginning with S-166 followed by the month/year of production (from October 2017 through January 2023). Read more.
