This recall involves Perfect Descent Auto Belay model 220 Indoor, Outdoor, Speed Drive and Direct Drive auto belay climbing devices. Belay devices are used with climbing ropes to protect the climber while climbing, to arrest a fall or while being lowered on the rope. The devices were sold in yellow and black and have "Perfect Descent" printed on the top of the devices. This recall involves Rocky Screwgate aluminum and pear shaped Carabiners with a small gate and screwgate. They were sold under the SIMOND brand in yellow (item number 1760147) and blue (item number 1759997). The brand name is engraved on the side of the product. The item number was printed on the carboard that was attached to the product. Carabiners are typically used by climbers as connectors or as extenders to anchor a climber. Read more.
This recall involves Kobah Ice Axes of lengths 60, 65, 70 and 75 centimeters. The axes each have a steel pick and adze joined at the top of an orange aluminum handle shaft by a black polyamide resin head. There is a steel spike in the bottom of the handle shaft. This recall involves XOP climbing sticks used to climb trees. The climbing sticks have XOP and model number XOP-LMO4-SR printed on the box. They were sold in sand ripple green color in a 4-pack. The climbing sticks measure about 36 inches tall and have three climbing steps. Read more.
This recall includes only Igloo Marine Elite line of coolers that are white with stainless-steel latches. The coolers were made for use on boats and marine environments. The Igloo logo is embossed on the metal latch and on the outside of the coolers. The coolers were sold in 54, 72, 94, 110, and 150 quart sizes. "Igloo Marine Elite Cooler" and the quart size are printed on a label on the coolers. The 110 quart model of the cooler has two wheels and a metal handle that can be used to pull the cooler. This recall involves Field & Stream Timberline Hang On Tree Stands. The tree stands are brown metal with a black canvas seat and are used by hunters. The letters "HEH01566" followed by "FS080117" or "FS090117" are printed on the arm of the tree stand between the seat and the safety platform. The capCAPs were sold in green/gray, blue/gray, black/gray and black/black color combinations for standard wide-mouth stainless steel bottles and in black/gray for glass mason jars. humangear is stamped on the top of the capCAP. Only caps with model numbers HG0501, HG0502, HG0505, HG0505-DSG and HG0515 printed above the UPC code on the package are included in the recall. The recalled capCAP has a silicone seal, a rubber coating on the large cap, and a tab/slot feature on the strap This recall only includes the newer version of capCAPs sold between November 2016 and February 2017.
