The bottom of the children’s seat is round and flat with a diameter of about 15 inches. It is constructed of a single piece of molded foam and comes in yellow, blue, purple, pink, aqua, and lime green. The seat has leg holes and seat back that wraps completely around the child. On the front of the seat in raised lettering is the word “Bumbo” with the image of an elephant on top. The bottom of the seat has the following words: “Manufactured by Bumbo South Africa Material: Polyurethane World Patent No. PCT: ZA/1999/00030.” The back of the seat contains the following “WARNING” – “Never use on a raised surface. Never use as a car seat or bath seat. Designed for floor level use only. Never leave your baby unattended as the seat is not designed to be totally restrictive and may not prevent release of your baby in the event of vigorous movement.” Read more.

The game pieces included a red plastic car; a blue plastic car; and two red and black plastic disks that have “GAS,” “OIL” and “SERVICE” printed in red letters on the black perimeter of the disks. “Warning: Choking Hazard-Small Parts. This recall involves black jeweled girls’ boots. The boots have a silhouette of a guitar on the outer leg and a guitar-shaped zipper pull on the inner leg. “Hannah Montana” is engraved on the boot outsole and a photo of the singer and show’s character is printed on the box. The boots were sold in girls’ sizes 10 ½ to 4 ½ . No other styles or models are involved in this recall. Read more.
This recall involves a toy pirate sword with SKU number 140025491-GYS049. The SKU number is printed on the price tag above the bar code. The sword is made of plastic, and has a gold-colored handle and a gray plastic blade. The sword is about 19 inches long. Read more.

This recall involves the Albert’s Halloween skull pails filled with candy mix. The skull-shaped pail is white with green eyes, nose and teeth.
